Artifactuality was once commissioned by Optical Research Associates in Pasadena, California, to create their premium t-shirts to be worn and distributed at the International Optical Design Conference. The funky Gila Monster with a suitcase represented the conference location that year, which drew much attention to worldwide engineers and attracted clientele. The Bulb Lady was a fun and sexy idea which never really made it to the next conference, but the city scape of Vancouver inside a grand light bulb became the practical solution that year.
